Weight Change
Here is where I will post my weekly weight change (the actual figures are too private at the moment). Tomorrow, 9 March 09 will be the baseline start, and the first change will be posted a week from then and every Monday.
16 Mar 09 – Lost 4.2 lbs over the previous week.
23 Mar 09 – Gained 0.2 lbs over the previous week.
6 Apr 09 – Lost a whopping 0.4 lbs.
13 Apr 09 – Gained 3.2 lbs over the previous week. Fuck Fuck Fuck.
20 Apr 09 – Lost 0.2 lbs.
27 Apr 09 – Gained 2.2 lbs. Bloody hell.
4 May 09 – Lost 2.0 lbs. Yeay!
11 May 09 – Lost 4.2 lbs. Double yeay!
18 May 09 – Gained 0.6 lbs.
25 May 09 – Gained 0.2 lbs. Oh dear. Got despondent and didn’t weigh in on 1 or 8 June.
15 Jun 09 – Gained 0.8 lbs over 18 May’s weight.
22 Jun 09 – Lost 2.2 lbs. Whoo hoo!
29 June 09 – Gained 4.2 lbs. Bloody fuck hell.
6 Jul 09 – Lost 1 lb.
13 Jul 09 – Lost 0.6 lbs.
20 Jul 09 – lost 2.6 lbs. (For those counting, from 4 May that’s 6.8 lbs down or about 3/4 of a pound a week. Must go a bit faster–one to two pounds is ideal.)

Speaking from experience- don’t let the weeks you gain get you down. Remember – muscle weighs more than fat! Unless, of course, you’ve scarfing brie and red wine…
I’ve lost over 140lbs,through exercise and changing what and how I ate. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done- even harder than giving birth to 4 children without drugs…lol…. But I feel so much better now, and love being able to wear anything I want!
